June 22-31, 2026

Watch professional sand sculptors transform tons of beach sand into an incredible work of art at Gladstone Beach. Visitors are invited to stop by throughout the week to see the sculptures take shape, meet the artists and be among the first to capture photos of one of Delta County’s most unique attractions.

Plan Your Visit

Watch it Happen

Creating a large-scale sand sculpture is a multi-day process that begins with little more than a massive pile of sand. Over the course of the week, visitors can stop by daily to watch new details emerge as the artists carve, shape and refine their designs. And you’re invited!

Every visit offers something different. One day you may see the framework taking shape; the next, intricate textures and features begin to appear. By the end of the week, the finished sculpture stands as a remarkable work of art created entirely from sand.

Whether you're a local resident or visiting Delta County for the first time, watching the sculpture evolve from start to finish is an experience you won't want to miss.
